It sits on the side of an ancient river bank with views to the hills opposite and down the valley across the nature reserve to the sea and cliffs at Armacao de Pera. The Quinta da Saudade is a small British-run estate of privately-owned villas occupying approximately twenty-four acres about four miles west of Albufeira. Nestling in the peaceful country setting of an old hillside farm estate and set amid orange, almond, pomegranate and olive trees.
Casa Por do Sol is in a great location, with many attractions to keep you & your children happy for hours.
The amenities are spread over the 24 acres that forms the quinta. There are two swimming pools, a tennis court, children's pool and play area, crazy golf, petanque court, table tennis.
During the day, the lower pool is served by a pool bar for drinks, ice creams and food. During the evenings, there is a bar/restaurant, free wi-fi spot around the Quinta's office.

There are stables within the complex where you can take riding lessons, go for scenic horserides or just pet the horses and ponies as you wish.
There is a wetlands wildlife reserve opposite the Quinta with varied birdlife in residence.
Faro Airport is a 45 minute drive.
Armacao de Pera is only a 10 minute drive, Armacao de Pera is the longest beach in the Algarve, of fine golden sand.
5 Water parks within a 20 minute drive.
Golf Course There are sixteen courses in the Central Algarve, the closest to the villa being Salgados, a links type course around a mile away.

Bedrooms: 
1, contains a double bed with a window overlooking the terrace.
2, contains twin beds with windows to the courtyard and gardens.
3, contains twin beds with french doors opening to a small terrace with views over the gardens.

1 Bathroom - en-suite to Double bedroom, Shower, WC & sink.
2 Family Bathroom - Bath/shower, WC & sink.
3 Bathroom - walk in shower, WC, sink & bidet.
Kitchens:
The main kitchen contains an oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and usual appliances.
A second kitchen in the downstairs area provides an independent apartment. This contains an oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a washing machine available in a utility area in the courtyard.
Lounge/dining room:
Three piece suite, Satellite TV with English channels, Dining table seating for 6. Patio doors open to a large terrace with magnificent views.
Other:
The downstairs studio has seating and television in the bed/sitting room, with a breakfast bar in the kitchen and table and chairs on the veranda.
2 Golf bags and his and her mountain bikes can be made available free of charge for an additional deposit, please ask.
Childrens' cots and highchairs are available please ask.
Towels and linen are included and are changed weekly.
Maid service, Mondays to Saturdays in high season and three days per week in low seasons.
