V03 - Casa Alegre is ideally situated only 400m from the longest beach in the algarve portugal at armacao de pera. This is of beautiful fine sand, stretching for miles. To the East it is lined with fishing boats and served by beachside restaurants, shops & bars.
The back of the villa faces due south, and the master bedroom and rear twin bedroom enjoy fantastic sea views, both with balcony/table and chairs.
Casa Alegre is completely private, with its own heated swimming pool.
For extra large families Casa Alegre is located next door to Casa Bougainvillea sleeping up to a max of 20 guests in both, both with heated swimming pools.
The Solar heated swimming pool measurements are 8m x 4m and depth 1m to 3m.

To the west the coast changes to small coves, a very short drive away are some of the most beautiful, secluded, sandy beaches and coves in Europe, our own favorite being Marinha. The location is excellent - there are 5 water parks within 10 mins of the villa -Slide & Splash, Crazy World, Aqualand, Wet N Wild & Zoomarine.
Car hire is not necessary for this villa, walkable to the beach, restaurants & shops.

Hi-fi there are a few cd to play at the villa, you may want to bring your own.

Gamesroom: 
If you would like to take a break from the children, there is a spacious games room in the basement of this villa. This includes table tennis, 6ft pool table, TV/Playstation 2, Games hi-fi, seating, toys, box of Duplo and lots of books for children of all ages.

Outside: The lounge leads out to the covered outside dining area, with extra large table & chairs seating 10, built in BBQ with work service and sink. This leads onto the private heated swimming pool (length 8m x 4m)(depth 1m x 3m) with poolside shower, 3 small drinks tables and 6 Sun loungers with new cushions.
Maid service is on Saturdays for 6 hours. Towels (for use in the villa) and linen are provided and changed weekly
.NB. Cot linen/blankets are NOT supplied. (Please remember to bring your own)
