Enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday.  The villa benefits from two large terraces on the upper floors, with breath taking views. This is totally private for sunbathing.

The well tended gardens and lawns surround the large swimming pool with a splash area for the children.   

A short drive away are some of the most beautiful, secluded, sandy beaches and coves in Europe.  The nearest being only 2km (Praia Senhora de Rocha). 

Many restaurants are within walking/short taxi ride away, in Porches and Armacao de Pera.                       Car hire is recommended with this villa, to fully benefit from the numerous attractions. There are 5 fantastic theme parks within a 10 minute drive from the villa. Casa do Vale is located only 35 minutes from Faro Airport .

Bedroom 1 - ground floor double bed.
Bedroom 2 - ground floor twin beds.
Bedroom 3 - 1st floor double bed,  with fitted wardrobes.

1st floor - Bathroom, bath/shower, WC, sink, bidet.
Ground floor - Family bathroom, bath, WC, sink, bidet.                                Ground floor - Cloakroom WC, sink.

Kitchen
The villa has a modern fully fitted kitchen, hob, oven, fridge/freezer fridge, microwave, washing machine iron/ironing board' toaster, food blender and coffee maker. Fully equipped with smoke detectors, fire-blanket, extinguisher,  with access to the pool & BBQ area.

Utility Room - with washing machine, iron, ironing board.

Lounge - has one large settee, two armchairs, coffee table, fireplace and TV.

Dining - dining table and 8 chairs, with large patio doors leading to the pool area.

private pool

The pool -  private 10m x 5m pool (for sole use of guests) with ladder and steps.    Depths sloping from 0.70m to 2.05m. with splash area for the children, poolside shower, sun beds, table and chairs with sun umbrellas. The gardens and lawns surround the swimming pool and include a Portuguese style BBQ.

Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service         
General cleaning and towels changed twice a week. Bed linen is changed once a week.
