In the photo Casa Silvia, is located in the second block of apartments ( yellow block) on the forth floor, with a fantastic sea view, accessible by lift or stairs.  Ample parking opposite.

In addition to the bedroom there are two pull out single beds in the lounge.

Ideally located for the many beautiful  coves & beaches nearby, with 5 water parks and zoos, many golf courses within 20 minutes, Only 35 minutes from Faro airport.  
 
Armacao de Pera has the longest beach in the Algarve. 
Casa Silvia is located opposite 'Fishermans Beach' (pictured right) where you can see the fishermen catch & sell their fish every day.  
You can't get any fresher then that ! 

Fish restaurants start on the beach itself, with plenty more  in town, serving all types of food.

Fresh provisions can be purchased locally, or a short drive away at the up market 'Algarve Shopping' complex, which boasts a hypermarket, boutiques, numerous (10+) restaurants offering a variety of cuisine, bowling alley and multi screen air-conditioned cinema, with most films in English. 

Accommodation

Master Bedroom  twin beds, fitted wardrobe, chest/draws, additional sleeping 2 single pull-outs in the lounge.

Bathroom  full size bath/shower over, sink, WC, bidet, fully tiled.

Kitchen modern fully fitted kitchen, marble tops, built in oven, hob, washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster.

Lounge/Dining Room dining table and six chairs, bed-settee, TV, DVD player. Patio doors leading to small private balcony, with a table and 2 chairs. Enjoying the lovely sea view.

Cleaning/maid service  towels & linen are provided and changed weekly.

Change-over day Thursday prefered, other days may be welcomed.
Arrival time from 2pm. Departure time 10am.
