Holiday Checklist:

1.      Find suitable accommodation – see property pages.

2.      Check availability – separate sub page for each property.

3.       Use the Enquiry/Booking page to create an e-mail booking request. Please state the property    and dates you require. Suesvillas will then confirm availability and send you a booking form

4.      Fill out enquiry / booking form and e-mail it back to Suesvillas. 

5.      Receive confirmation of your provisional booking.

6.      Your property will then be reserved for a short period.

7.      Send your booking deposit to finalize your booking.

8.      Book your flights.

9.      Car Hire – book now to reserve your vehicle – pay on arrival.  car hire

10. Airport transfers – taxi –email Suesvillas to book this for you.

11. Make sure your passport is/will be valid.

12. Travel insurance.

13. Airport Parking book in advance for better rates + choice

14.  Be on time for your flight by staying overnight at your Uk departure airport: airport hotels

15.  Enjoy the airport experience at exclusive airport lounges

16. Change money to Euro, and/or ensure your “plastic” will work in Portugal (Chip & Pin is required)

17. Health care- E111- replacement card.

18. Balance payment; send to suesvillas 8 weeks before your arrival date.

19. Security Deposit; send to suesvillas 3 weeks before your arrival date (OR on arrival - certain properties... Sue will advise you upon booking) 

20. 3 weeks before your arrival you will receive keys & map to the Villa/Apartment.

21. Don’t forget your sun cream!
