Changeover day - any day.

To secure the week(s) you require, a Booking deposit off  25% is required. (non-refundable)

The full balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date.

A security deposit off £100 or 100euro  is required on you arrival at Casa Borrio to the Owner Mrs Sue Pearce.

Your Security deposit will be returned to you on the day of your departure, this will be forfeited if the apartment is not left in a satisfactory condition.
