This is of beautiful fine sand, stretching for miles. To the East it is lined with fishing boats and served by beachside restuarants, shops & bars. 

The back of the villa faces due south, and the master bedroom and rear twin bedroom enjoy fantasic sea views, both with balcony/table and chairs.  Casa Alegre is completely private, with its own heated swimming pool.

To the west the coast changes to small coves, a very short drive away are some of the most beautiful, secluded, sandy beaches and coves in Europe, our own being Marinha.  The location is excellent - there are 5 water parks within 10 mins of the villa -Slide & Splash, Aqualand, Wet N Wild, Zoomarine & Crazy
World. 

Accomodation

Bathrooms: 
1.  En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 bath/shower, wc, bidet. 
2.  Family bathroom with large bath/shower, wc and bidet.
3.  Shower room with full height shower and wc.

Kitchen:        
The villa has a modern fully fitted kitchen with built in oven, hob, dishwasher, washing  machine, large fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, orange juicer, toaster and microwave.
 
Living Rooms:
Spacious dining room solid oak dining table seats eight.
Lounge has two very comfortable sofas, solid oak coffee table, lovely marble wood-burning fireplace. The television (sky freeview = BBC1 etc.), DVD, video + hifi. Lounge/dining has fitted air-conditioning/heater.

Gamesroom: algarve games room If you want to take a break from the children, there is a spacious games room in the basement of the villa. This includes table tennis, 6ft pool table, TV/Playstation, hi-fi, seating, toys, and lots of books for all ages.
 
Outside: The lounge leads out to the covered outside dining area, with extra large table & chairs, BBQ and oven. This leads onto the private swimming pool(8m x 4m),  with poolside shower. Sun loungers are provided. 

Maid service is on Saturdays. Towels (for use in the villa) and linen are provided and changed weekly.NB. Cot linen/blankets are NOT suplied.(Please remember to bring your own) .
