The Balance is due 10 weeks before your arrival date.
A Security deposit of £300 is also required 10 weeks before your arrival date.
The Security deposit is refunded back to you, provided the villa is left in a satisfactory condition.
(No hidden extras) bed linen/towels, Electricity, Gas, Water are included.
Maid service is 3 days a week, linen & towels are changed weekly.
Change-over day : Saturdays in peak, out of peak other days may be possible please ask.
